CONDITIONS OF REPAIR:

You can exchange the product within ten days if any fail
Register product on our website http://cam2.com.hk. You will have 14 months product warranty.

Common Repair Situation (Free):
1. This product is fully guaranteed for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase and will be repaired by us free of charge. (FOR CAMERA / VIDEO CAMERA ONLY)
2. The product fails at normal operation. You can have free repair service. (FOR CAMERA / VIDEO CAMERA ONLY)
3. To obtain the service the customer must produce this Warranty Card and the purchase receipt together with the product. Please keep this Warranty Card in a safe place; in case of loss a replacement Warranty Card will not be issued.

Common Repair Situation (Charge):
1. Outside the guarantee period, Charge should be paid for repairing product. After the product is repaired, it has extra one month warranty (For the product outside the guarantee period only).
2. Accessories such as transformer, battery charger, headphone, carphone, V/USB cable, CD-ROM record media, battery, case, strap, and lens cap are not covered by this guarantee. A defective accessory may be brought to us for checking or replacement within seven days of purchase and the customer must present the purchase receipt for verification of date of purchase.
3. Replacement of body casing for the reason of scratching or other damage and services such as lens cleaning and view finder cleaning are not covered by this guarantee.
4. Any of the following circumstances shall render this Warranty Card invalid. (a) The product having been repaired, serviced, modified by persons other than authorized Coxell service personnel. (b) Damage or defects resulting from mishandling or incorrect use of the product, or from natural disasters. (c) This Warranty Card being modified or defaced.
5. Coxell sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product. Any liability for indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind incurred or suffered by suffered by the customer due to a defect in the product. In particular, any loss or damage caused to any film, lenses or record media used with the product or far any loss resulting from delay in repair, is excluded.

Non-local Delivery Repair Situation:
1. Postage (Cash) must be included when delivery the product to us. Customer should pay the postage according to the website www.hongkongpost.com/speedpost.
2. We will send back the repaired product by Hongkong Post.
3. If without postage, we will send back the repaired product to you by more expensive delivery method (FedEx Express).

Other Situation:
1. After we have notified customer to get back the repaired product for three months, we have authority to deal with it for any purpose.
